Al Khoory Hotel Apartments Al Barsha

The rooms were big, clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice and has variety of dishes. The guy who works in the breakfast restaurant (Afzal Shubam) was very nice and gentle. The hotel location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and spa places.

The size of the house was just perfect with the TV in the bedrooms - our teenagers for sure liked that. The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to the metro station with shops nearby. The reception staff were very courteous and very helpful particularly when I needed to use a local number to follow up on my left luggage with the airline. I enjoyed the gym, steam and sauna as well.

As expected, the hotel did not disappoint—right from check-in, where I received a complimentary room upgrade. A big thank you to Mr. Ahmed and the management team—I'm truly grateful for this kind gesture. The rooms are spacious, and the housekeeping team was exceptional—always supportive and quick to respond to any request within their reach. Special thanks to Athul, Ganesh, and the entire reception team for consistently checking on my well-being throughout my stay. This is definitely one of the best properties I've stayed at. I’ll surely be checking in again soon

This is my 13th trip to Al Khoory in the past 7 years. I've stayed in quite a few hotel apartments. Trust me when I say that Al Khoory edges the competition. Find the reasons below. I recently (again) spent two weeks at Al Khoory Hotel Apartments, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The 1-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with a separate kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The TVs were fully equipped with Netflix, Apple TV, and YouTube, allowing me to log into my own accounts and enjoy my favorite shows seamlessly. The master bedroom was huge, with plenty of space to store all our bags while still being able to walk around comfortably. Room service was top-notch, always prompt and efficient. A special mention to Payal at reception, who went above and beyond to help with my bookings and secure a great rate. Another star of the hotel was Ganesh, who was always there to assist. Whether it was a request for a toaster or cell replacement for the remote control, it was done in under 10 minutes. I had never had to call again. The location is unbeatable. Just a 7-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates and a 1-minute walk to the masjid/mosque. Everything I needed - from grocery stores, pharmacies, and laundry services - was within walking distance. One small but greatly appreciated touch was that food delivery riders could go straight to the apartment rather than me having to come down to collect my order, something many hotels don’t allow. The weather was perfect for jogging, and Al Barsha Pond park was only an 8-minute drive away. Another gem is the gift shop right opposite Al Khoory, which has just about everything you can think of at relatively low prices. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place to stay. Loved it. All the staff was super friendly. I don't remember the name of my room service folks but they are super efficient and ALSO did all my dishes - again, something other hotels don't do.
